Submission Guideline

Authors intending to submit manuscripts to the Journal of Mathematical Modelling and Artificial Intelligence (JMMAI) are required to follow the guidelines outlined below to ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient review process.

1. Types of Submissions

JMMAI welcomes the following categories of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Short Communications

2. Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically accurate English.
  • The recommended structure includes: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  • The abstract should not exceed 250 words and must clearly summarize the objectives, methods, key findings, and conclusions.
  • Authors should provide 4–6 relevant keywords to enhance discoverability.

3. Formatting Requirements

  • Use a standard font such as Times New Roman, size 12.
  • Manuscripts should be formatted with 1.5 or double line spacing.
  • All figures and tables must be properly labeled, numbered, and referenced within the text.
  • References should follow a consistent citation style (e.g., APA, IEEE, or journal-specific format).

4. Submission Process

  • All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s official submission system.
  • Submissions must be original and not under consideration by any other journal or publication.
  • Authors are required to provide complete and accurate details, including names, institutional affiliations, and contact information.

5. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must ensure the originality of their work and strictly avoid plagiarism.
  • All sources and contributions must be properly acknowledged.
  • Any financial, personal, or professional conflicts of interest must be clearly disclosed.

6. Peer Review Process

  • All submissions are subject to a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
  • Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer comments and recommendations.

7. Final Acceptance and Publication

  • The final decision regarding acceptance rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
  • Accepted manuscripts may undergo minor formatting, proofreading, or language editing prior to publication.
